This workshop took place at Scotland’s newest Kettlebell Sport club! With some people fairly new to the sport side of kettlebells but with a solid grounding in fitness and strength through their regular cross-training using kettlebells.
The focus was spread over a mix of traditional jerk, snatch and long cycle and the pentathlon lifts. It was great to see the lifters that attended getting excited about honing their technique and competing in the upcoming 5min Grassroots competition. A great day all round, looking forward to seeing the club again when they next take the platform!
